In Greene County magistrate court disposition was entered June 7 on a charge against Candice Marie Ortiz of Grand Junction on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She was fined $015 with a $15.75 surcharge. A charge of criminal mischief was dismissed, with $60 court costs charged to Ortiz. She must also pay victim restitution.
Information is available since the return of arrest warrants that Darren Scott Lehrkamp of Newton has been charged with theft- fifth degree in two separate cases. The cases were initiated in May 2019.
A case was initiated against Russell Lee Gardner of Panora on a charge of violation of a no contact order.
